1. About Binfo

Binfo is a free online directory where businesses can list their details and services, and where businesses can post jobs that users can apply for.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Business listings

  • Only list a business you own or are authorised to represent.
  • Make sure the details you publish are accurate and lawful, and that you have the rights to any logo or content you upload.
  • By publishing a listing, you allow Binfo to display it publicly on the website and in search results.
  • We may edit, hide or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, duplicated or breaks these terms.

4. Job postings and applications

  • Only post genuine job openings for a business you represent.
  • Do not ask applicants for any payment or fee.
  • Binfo is not an employer or recruitment agency and is not a party to any agreement between employers and applicants. Check the details of any job or employer before you share personal information or accept an offer.

5. Things you must not do

  • Post false, misleading, offensive, illegal or spam content.
  • Copy, scrape or resell listings or other data from Binfo without our written permission.
  • Try to access other users' accounts or interfere with how the website works.

6. Third-party content and advertising

Listings, job postings and advertisements come from third parties. Binfo does not check or endorse them and is not responsible for their accuracy or for any products, services or websites they link to.

7. No warranty

Binfo is provided "as is". We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that information is complete, current or error-free, or that the website will always be available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Binfo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website, from information in listings or job postings, or from dealings between users and businesses.

9. Ending your use

We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Binfo after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
