GES’s B. Vartak college is permanently affiliated to the University of Mumbai wef 2008-09. Offers three years integrated course of Arts & Commerce. The college attaches great importance to academic performance, discipline and overall personality development of the students. The college is situated on a plot of land admeasuring 30494 Sq. Ft. . The pollution free location is ideal for academic curricular and extra-curricular activities. In order to enable our students to face the challenges of the new trends of globalised world, management has introduced self financing courses such as Bachelor of Management Studies, B. Sc. (Information Technology), B. Com. ( Banking and Insurance ), and B. Com. (Accounting and Finance ). A post-graduate course – M. Com was introduced in June, 2007. The faculty of the college is competent, qualified, experienced and dedicated. There are 26 full time teachers in Commerce and Arts section, 10 for self financing courses and a few visiting faculty. The college has 47 rooms out of which 22 rooms are devoted for lectures and tutorials. There is well equipped, air-conditioned computer lab At the second floor with 32 computers connected with LAN and internet facility. There is language lab with 10 computers in the air-conditioned computer centre located at the first floor. Geography, Telecommunication & electronic labs are located on the Second floor.

Shailendra Education Society’s Arts, Commerce and Science College was established in 1994 with the launch of Commerce faculty. The Arts faculty was started in the year 1996. The college began with the primary objective of providing education to the lower socio-economic strata of the society who are very often the first generation learners. To increase the employability of the students the college launched self-finance courses from 2004 onwards. Under the self-finance courses BBI, BMS and B.Sc. (IT) courses are offered. Shankar Narayan College of Arts and Commerce was established in 1994 with a vision to provide Higher and Professional Education in the vicinity of Mira-Bhayandar. The college is permanently affiliated to the University of Mumbai and recognised under Section 2(f) and 12(b) of UGC Act and accredited by NAAC with 'A' grade in 2017. The college provides a stimulating, safe and supportive environment, in which students aim for success. The college started with 47 students and over the years, College has grown both quantitatively and qualitatively having around 7000+ student - strength. Presently college runs B.Com, B.A. degree courses and Professional Courses like Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of Banking and Insurance (BBI), Bachelor in Accounting and Finance (BAF), B. Sc. I. T. and also started B.Sc. Computer Science, Bachelor in Financial Market(BFM).PG Degree Course in Information Technology (M.Sc.I.T.) has also been started which is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra. The college has started specialised Post Graduation Course – MMS (Master in Management Studies) in the name of Rohidas Patil Institute of Management Studies. The trust has also established Pravin Patil College of Diploma Engineering & Technology to cater the need of technical education in Mira-Bhayander area.Although the Trust has established educational institutions to cater for the needs of the society, the members of the trust felt that they should also setup a new institute to help students to choose right careers and prepare for appearing at the various competitive examinations held in the country by UPSC, MPSC, Railways, Banks and such other bodies. They realised that no such institute existed between Bandra and Dahanu in the Western suburbs and our institution could fill this gap. A decision was therefore taken by the trustees to establish Pramila Institute of Administrative Careers with competent faculty, office staff and infrastructure from 2010 – 11.Quality and excellence is the aim of the institution. The college makes sincere efforts towards empowerment of students by providing innovative teaching and learning facility.The comprehensive and value based education has been the benchmark achieved by the entire stakeholders of the institution.
